Led by Pratik Karania, whose professional experience spans accounting practice, audit and in-house financial management, we understand both the technical requirements and the day-to-day decisions behind a business's numbers.
We work closely with clients to bring clarity to their finances and confidence to their next steps.
A word from Pratik
Before founding PKA, I spent nearly eight years training and working across some of Kenya's respected accounting and audit practices — from finalizing year-end accounts and statutory returns at Ghedia & Co., to auditing private and large companies at Shantilal Gala & Co. and Vipin Shah & Associates, to sitting inside industry as a Group Financial Controller at Metal Crowns Ltd (Group of companies) and later as Financial Controller & Manager where I managed everything from credit control, finance and accounting, Hr and IT to ISO 9001/22000 implementation.
That mix of practice-side audit experience and in-house financial management is what shapes how PKA works today: we don't just audit your numbers from the outside — we understand how a business actually runs.
